CHANNELS x Soulkitchen: Edition Recap
CHANNELS returned to Soulkitchen Amsterdam on 31 July for another sold-out edition. From the opening set to the final track, the night brought together a full room, a carefully selected lineup and the production standard behind the CHANNELS format.
Full capacity, from open to close
Guestlist spots and table reservations filled up well ahead of the event. Noa Tao opened the night at 23:30, and Soulkitchen reached full capacity early on.
From there, the room stayed full through to close. More importantly, the energy remained consistent throughout the night, with no noticeable drops between sets.
Lineup highlight: JFFRSN into TWOLATE
The transition from JFFRSN into TWOLATE became one of the highlights of the night. JFFRSN built the room through House before TWOLATE shifted the direction towards Latin Tech House, while keeping the momentum intact.
That transition reflects the approach behind CHANNELS. Rather than selecting artists based on name recognition alone, each lineup focuses on how different sounds and artists connect throughout the night.
TWOLATE flew in from Rome specifically for this edition. His set continued the energy built earlier in the night, with tracks including “La Candela Viva” and “Shake You” standing out in the room.
Production and execution
Alongside the music, sound, lighting and the multicam setup ran smoothly throughout the event. Meanwhile, the door team kept entry controlled and efficient as guests arrived.
Together, these elements created the environment CHANNELS aims to deliver with every edition: strong music, focused production and a room centred around the experience itself.
Summary
Overall, the 31 July edition delivered what CHANNELS set out to achieve: a sold-out room, a lineup that connected from start to finish and consistent execution across the night.
Details about the next edition will follow via our channels.
